to outsource day-to-day processing of pay checks to a third party to allocate more time to
financial analysis.

• State whether you agree or disagree with the payroll manager’s decision to outsource
their day-to-day processing needs.
• Explain your reasoning for outsourcing or not outsourcing by providing at least three
factors or reasons that should be considered.
• List two concerns you, as the vice president of human resources, would have in deciding

• Discuss how would an outsource payroll system impact the employees in your current
